The 2021 Pennsylvania State Competition was held virtually on Saturday, April 10, 2021 for B Division, and Saturday, April 17, 2021 for C Division. It was the only season so far in which the state tournament ran two separate tiers. The results below represent the combined scores of all teams.
In the B Division, Springhouse Middle School won their sixth consecutive state tournament, defeating Harlan Rowe Middle School by only four points. The top five teams were all very close, with only 42 points separating first and fifth place. J.R. Fugett Middle School won the AA Tier competition.
In the C Division, Lower Merion High School won their first state tournament in program history, earning their third trip to the national tournament. Harriton High School qualified for their 28th-consecutive national tournament, placing second. Cumberland Valley High School placed third, which was their highest placement in program history at the time, and also the highest placement for a team representing the Central Pennsylvania Regional since State College Area High School's second-place finish in 2002.
