History
Millersburg first competed in 2009. In 2012 they set program bests for placement at regionals (5th, tied with 2010) and score at regionals (116), and also qualified for states for the first time. They would return to states in 2021 after placing 14th at the temporary West Regional.
In 2025, they had their best regionals finish (8th place) since 2016.
