Michigan Region 10 is a regional tournament held at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. It is one of the largest regions in the state, with the highest number of Division B state bids (9) and the second-highest number of Division C state bids (8).
Region 10 consists of 9 counties: Allegan, Barry, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Hillsdale, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, and Van Buren.
Region 13 merged with Region 10 in the 2024 season, resulting in a much larger and more competitive region.
