Michigan Region 4 was a regional tournament typically held at Delta College in University Center, Michigan. The tournament included schools from Arenac, Bay, Gratiot, Huron, Midland, Saginaw, Sanilac, and Tuscloa counties. In 2022 and 2023, a combined tournament with Region 5 was held at Frankenmuth High School. In 2024, no tournament was held, with schools from the region attending nearby competitions in Regions 2, 3, and 7 instead.
