The University of Southern California (USC) Invitational is a Division B and Division C Science Olympiad tournament hosted on the campus of the University of Southern California (USC). The invitational is organized by the USC Science Olympiad Alumni chapter in collaboration with Southern California Science Olympiad.

The inaugural tournament was held in 2025, inviting 77 teams across both divisions, making it one of the largest invitationals in the country by team count. The tournament included all national events as well as select trial events, and incorporated features such as optional lab tours of USC research facilities. Prior to this event, USC also hosted the BirdSO Invitational in person during the 2024 season.
