The 2020 Southern California State Tournament was to be held on April 4th, 2020 at the California Institute of Technology (CalTech) for Division B and Division C. It was cancelled on March 6th, 2020 due to the 2019-20 Coronavirus outbreak, making Southern California the first state to cancel its tournament. It was announced on March 9th, 2020 that Southern California would not be sending teams to the 2020 National Tournament in either division, and on March 11th, 2020, the National Tournament was cancelled.
