The Medford Invitational is a Division B and Division C invitational tournament hosted by Medford Middle/High School in the state of Wisconsin. This tournament was not hosted in 2021 or 2022, but returned in 2023. In 2024, the tournament was cancelled for weather concerns, but Medford co-hosted a later tournament with Unity High School, calling it the Medford-Unity Invitational.
