The 2020 Pennsylvania State Competition was to be held on April 25, 2020. It was cancelled on March 12, 2020, due to the 2019-20 Coronavirus outbreak. The teams that qualified for the state tournament before the cancellation of all competitions in Pennsylvania are listed below as a means of recognition for those teams. Regional tournaments that were conducted were the Central, Southeast South, and Southwest regions.
