Conestoga High School is among the most competitive of all teams in Pennsylvania's C division, placing third at states and first at Southeastern PA regionals in 2014. In 2020, when the Southeast region split, Conestoga began competing in the Southeast South Pennsylvania Regional.
Conestoga hosts the Battle at Valley Forge Invitational, which takes place in early January.
