The Lower Hudson Regional is a Division B regional tournament in New York, encompassing teams from Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester Counties. The competition is held at Scarsdale Middle School. Lower Hudson may potentially have the most teams out of any New York region.

Prior to 2026, Division C teams competed at a single Lower Hudson Regional, but has since split into two regional tournaments: Lower Hudson North Regional and Lower Hudson South Regional.
