The Southern Tier Regional is a Division B and Division C regional tournament in New York, encompassing teams from Allegany, Steuben, Yates, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Tioga, Broome, Chenango, Ostego, and Delaware Counties. Currently, Division B is hosted by Maine-Endwell Middle School, while Division C is hosted by Ithaca High School. In the past, Division C has been hosted by Maine-Endwell Middle School and Binghamton University^{[1], [2], [3]}.
