The Lower Hudson North Regional is a Division C regional tournament in the state of New York. It encompasses teams in Putnam and the northern halves of Westchester and Rockland counties.
Lower Hudson North and South were formerly a part of the Lower Hudson Regional, though the tournament gradually became too large to host at a single site. As a result, Lower Hudson was divided into two halves with the northern tournament remaining at Bryam Hills High School.
