Missouri Region 6 is a regional tournament for the state of Missouri that serves the St. Louis Area. Unlike all other regional tournaments in Missouri, the B and C Region 6 tournaments are usually held on separate dates. As of 2025, both tournaments are held on separate dates at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO.
