The 2024 Illinois Individual State Tournament (IIST) was a Division C state level tournament that was hosted on April 20th, 2024 at McHenry County College and run by the Liebman Institute for Science Innovation. Unlike the 2024 Illinois State Tournament, the idea behind IIST was to give students whose teams did not make state a chance to compete in events they medaled at their regional. This was the first season the tournament was ran.
Teams whose students qualifed for the tournament were notified soon after all regionals completed.

Since this tournament is an individual tournament, team rankings are rather meaningless as teams can compete in more events than other teams, tanking their team score.
