Missouri Region 4 was a regional tournament for the state of Missouri that served West central area of the state including the cities of Sedalia and Warrensburg. In the 2020 season, this tournament was not held and the teams that would ordinarily compete in Region 4 competed in tournaments for other regions. The tournament returned for the 2021 season. In 2023 the tournament returned to its traditional location, the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO.

In the 2025 season, the University of Central Missouri, which is the normal host for this tournament, became the host for the state tournament. Due to logistical challenges with holding two tournaments, UCM elected to not hold the regional tournament. Instead of finding a new tournament host for Region 4, the state directors decided to reassign the teams in this region to the surrounding regions. Almost all teams will now be competing in Region 3.
