Correcting Title of Page

This page is misleading. It should be under University of Wisconsin-Stout 2016

It's incorrect to call it University of Wisconsin 2016 because it wasn't at Madison like the 2011 tournament. They're two different insitutions -- we don't refer to Clarion as University of Pennsylvania, when it hosted.
