Elizabethtown Area High School is a Division C team that competes in the Central region of Pennsylvania. After first competing in 2011, they quickly became a regular contender in the region, peaking with a second-place finish in 2016.
Elizabethtown's best performance at the state tournament was 11th place in 2022. They tied Garnet Valley High School in points with 384, but Garnet Valley won the medal tiebreaker by earning three silver medals to Elizabethtown's one.
