Science Olympiad, Student Leadership Team

Rachael is the SLT Quartermaster for WMAA Season #8, serving along side Kat H, Devon C, and Sophie W.

Other Interests

When she isn't working on Science Olympiad (which isn't often as her friends can attest), Rachael can be found reading, flying, or biking. She also shoots competitive Olympic recurve archery, and holds the captain position for her Junior Olympic Archery Program.

Trivia

• Rachael has competed in both a Science Olympiad tournament and an archery tournament on the same day
• Though they don't always work, Rachael has both a lucky pair of socks and earrings for Science Olympiad tournaments. The socks have narwhals on them, and the earrings are small clay ducks.
• During 6th grade (2018 season), in Rocks and Minerals, Rachael and Emma H. had a 5-inch binder that weighed 11.5 pounds. They like to think that they are the reason binder size limits were instituted.
