Good Hope Middle School was a school located in Mechanicsburg, PA within the Cumberland Valley School District. They competed in the Central region, as well as the Rustin Invitational, the Little Tiger Invitational, the Garnet Valley Invitational, and the Eagle Invitational.
Good Hope Middle School and Eagle View Middle School both fed into Cumberland Valley High School.
History
Good Hope was one the earliest teams within the state, first competing in 1986 and qualifying for nationals in 1987. At one point, they stopped competing, but they resumed competing in 2014.
Good Hope Middle School closed in June of 2019. The staff and students of Good Hope were transferred to a new facility named Mountain View Middle School, which opened in August of 2019.
