Creekside Middle School is a public school located in Castro Valley. They compete in Division B in the Bay Area region of Northern California, participating in some local invitationals too. Although the program started in 2014, Creekside has only recently become more competitive, earning their first bid to the State tournament in 2019—the first Castro Valley team to do so. Since then, Creekside's sister school, Canyon Middle School, has also made it to states consistently, joined by Castro Valley High School, which both schools feed into.

Creekside and Canyon typically field 2 teams each year, though occasionally a school will have 3 teams. Both middle schools feed into Castro Valley High School.

School Info

Creekside Middle School has approximately 800 students from grades 6, 7, and 8. The school was built in 1997 and is one of two middle schools in the district. Creekside's school colors are blue and gold and their mascot is the Wildcat.
