Conestoga Valley Middle School was a Division B team that competed in Pennsylvania's Central Region. They placed 25th at the 2016 Pennsylvania State Tournament held at Juniata College after placing 6th at their regional competition at Millersville University.
In 2017, middle school students were moved to a new building, and the school was renamed to Gerald G. Huesken Middle School. They have not competed since the new school was established.
