Cedar Cliff High School is a Division C team that competes in the Central region of Pennsylvania. They are a part of West Shore School District, which also operates Allen Middle School and the former Lemoyne Middle School.
From 2012 through 2018, Cedar Cliff qualified for the state tournament every year except for one, peaking at 15th place in 2016. This peak coincided with the same core that led Allen Middle School to consecutive top-6 finishes in 2012 and 2013.
