The 2020 Kentucky State tournament was to be held on April 16th, 2020 for Division B and Division C at the University of Kentucky. It was cancelled on March 13th, 2020 due to the 2019-20 Coronavirus outbreak. All remaining regional tournaments were cancelled as well. Only the Pikeville Regional and the Lexington Regional were held.
