Wholey Moley is a Division C Trial/Pilot event whose rules were officially posted during the 2003 season, run at the 2002 National Tournament for Division C. In this event, students will be given a problem to solve which requires an understanding of the mole concept, application of physical concepts of chemistry, and the scientific method. They will design an experiment, which will permit them to determine the number of moles produced or used during a chemical or physical process.
