Winchester Thurston Upper School is a Division C team from Pittsburgh that competes in the Southwest regional of Pennsylvania. They were founded in 2019, and are fed by Winchester Thurston Middle School, which has qualified for every state tournament since 2016.
In 2023, they won the Southwest regional for the first time, defeating long-time power Shady Side Academy in the process. They have twice placed 11th at the state tournament, but have not yet finished inside the top 10.
