Conestoga Valley Middle School was a Division B team that competed in Pennsylvania's Central Region. They placed 25th at the 2016 Pennsylvania State Competition held at Juniata College after placing 6th at their regional competition at Millersville University. However, they have not competed since 2016.
In 2017, the school was renamed to Gerald G. Huesken Middle School.
