Jackie Hou, alias Jackaloupe, is a Division C competitor who began competing in the 2019-2020 season for the [[Blacksburg High School]] Science Olympiad team in the state of [[Virginia]]. In 2020, she competed in Virginia's [[Virginia Tech Regional]] and won 1st in Chem Lab, 2nd in Circuit Lab, and 2nd in Forensics. In 2021, she competed in the Virginia Hooke Regional and won 1st in [[Chemistry Lab]], 2nd in [[Forensics]], 2nd in [[Protein Modeling]], and 4th in [[Anatomy and Physiology]]. She competed in the 2021 [[Fairfax Invitational]] and placed 4th in Protein Modeling and 5th in Chem Lab out of 68 teams. She is currently the Co-president and Team Captain of the Blacksburg High School team.
