Strigiformes is an order containing owls. These birds are typically solitary and nocturnal, with few exceptions. While a majority of entries on the official Bird List refer to species, competitors are responsible for knowing all organisms in the genus Megascops, also known as screech owls. The bird pictured below is the Eastern Screech Owl.
