The 2020 Maryland State tournament was to be held on April 4th, 2020 for Division B and Division C at Johns Hopkins University. It was cancelled on March 11th, 2020 due to the 2019-20 Coronavirus outbreak. The teams that qualified for the state tournament before the cancellation are listed below.
