Winchester High School is a rising Division C school from Massachusetts. Beyond a ragtag team participating in 2005 and 2006 for only a few events, Winchester High School had no active Science Olympiad team until 2016. They burst onto the scene with an immediate 6th place ranking at the State Competition, partly thanks to a strong senior class.
Ever since they entered the scene, Winchester has achieved 6th place every year. Then, during their 2021 season, they were able to get 3rd place at the state competition and break their streak of 6th placements. They would continue strong with a 4th place at the state competition during the 2022 season as well. They also compete in various invitationals, primarily Harvard and Brown's Undergraduate Science Olympiad invitational, but have also made appearances at Duke, MIT, Penn State, and UMass!
In addition to participating in invitationals and the Massachusetts State Competition, Winchester High School regularly attends the monthly Greater Boston competition known as the West Suburban Science League.
