Not sure what you're talking about, we've been competing every year since 2001 and probably even further back than that. If you read my userpage you'll find I went to one of the numerous Central High Schools in Missouri. From your edit history it seems you're from Louisiana, so you're probably talking about the Central High School in Baton Rouge. Unfortunately I don't live in Louisiana and have no way of contacting anyone at that school about it, but you might be able to reach out to your local SO organization and get in contact with someone who is.
