Yippee (meilynaubuchon on discord because treebo is amazing) is a student at the Pembroke Hill Middle School. Outside of SO, she does debate, club swim for the Kansas City Blazers, cross country, soccer, Mathcounts, Math Olympiad, and tech for theater. She doesn't like trees but still does Forestry. She has now developed a habit to point out every tree she knows while driving and while watching tv which slightly irritated her friends and parents. She loves building events but is very clumsy, so that doesn't bode well.

2022-2023 Season (7th Grade)

This was her first year doing SO ever. She had no idea the amount of work that it would take. At this point, she was just happy she made A Team.

2023-2024 Season (8th Grade)

This season, Meilyn is very focused on SO, but on debate as well. They have been taking up all her time. The Olathe Invitational was the first time she ever placed while soloing an event. She got second while soloing in Wind Power and Forestry. She also got 4th in Codebusters while only having one partner. She is very happy about getting first at an invitational for the first time at the Pembroke Hill Invitational. She got first while soloing Forestry, and got first in Write It Do It with a partner she had never worked with before. Her head coach, who was running the tournament, made her and her Wind Power and Air Trajectory partner, attach the ribbons to the medals because they used a CNC cutter to make medals. Similar to the Boyceville Invitational medals.
