Hello! thesaga captains the Tenafly Middle School Science Olympiad team for the 25-26 season. He has a passionate interest in astrophysics. He made the competition team in 6th grade by doing Reach for the Stars. He is also apparently egotistical enough to make a user page about himself.
Last year (2024) he participated in Reach for the Stars, Fossils, and Can't Judge A Powder. In this year's regional competition he participated in Fossils and Microbe Mission. At states this year (2025) he did Reach for the Stars, Helicopter, and microbe mission.
He finished this year with only bronze, no silver, no gold. (AKA he sold....)
His goal for the 2025-2026 season is to give his all as a redemption for the 2024-2025 season and help Tenafly Middle School qualify for nationals.

6th grade
First year of SO for thesaga. Decided to try out for RFTS because he liked that kind of stuff. Didn't know much about SO, ended the season with a Bronze at Regionals and 4th in RFTS at States. Thesaga filled in for fossils at regionals. Thesaga kind of liked fossils and decides to do it at states, until for reasons unknown to even him, he fills in for Can't Judge a Powder and absolutely fails it.

7th grade
2nd Year of SO! He decides to continue doing Fossils and RFTS from last year, along with Helicopter, and Microbe Mission because his friend was doing it. He managed to improve his place in RFTS states by 1 and also keep his 3rd place in Fossils regionals. He places 3rd in Microbe regionals and 16th in Microbe states... His helicopter actually started flying about a week-ish before the competition.
He is not satisfied with this year's performance, and he plans to make his last year in division b a great one. He will do Solar System and Helicopter. He will grind and get 1st next year in both of these events at states.

3rd year of SO. Ongoing. We won regionals! So far on track for personal goal of getting all gold this season. Currently preparing five events for states.
