The South Alabama Regional is a regional tournament in the state of Alabama. It was hosted at Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL until 2018, when it was hosted by the University of South Alabama. It was planned to be hosted in 2017, but the tournament was cancelled on November 10, 2017. The tournament was also not held in 2019 or 2020, and the state of Alabama didn't host any regional tournaments in 2021. It returned in 2022, being hosted by W.S. Neal Middle School.
