Hinsdale Central High School is a Division C school located in Hinsdale, IL. They dominated the College of DuPage Regional in 2015, finishing 47 points clear of second-place Lyons Township High School. They have become a consistent contender at the state competition, finishing 3rd in 2015 and 2016. Both finishes were the team's best finishes ever. In 2016, the team came very close to making Nationals, only missing 2nd place by a few unfortunately accidental poorly performing events that were highly unusual given the team's track record. They have held AA status at states for many years.
