In the DNA replication section, the text says that topoisomerase unwinds the DNA strand. This is wrong, topoisomerase unwinds the strand, but then it puts it back together. It does this so it can relieve the stress caused by helicase unwinding the DNA strand. Farmerjoe279 (talk) 23:47, 13 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Good catch. You should fix it. --Unome (talk) 01:39, 14 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Also, in eukaryotes there is a step called pre-mRNA processing. Can someone add a heading or a title with the same font and size and bolding as transcription and translation named "Pre-mRNA Processing". I'll add the content, I'm just asking if someone could keep the heading as I do not know how to. Thanks!! Farmerjoe279 (talk) 18:52, 15 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
