York Suburban High School is a Division C team that competes in the Central region of Pennsylvania. They competed in the very early years of Science Olympiad in Pennsylvania, competing in both 1986 and 1987.
At some point, they stopped competing, but resumed in 2011. They were just one point away from qualifying for states in 2012, but have still never attended the state tournament. However, they have generally remained in the middle tier of the region.
