History
Prior to 2003, the school was named "Mechanicsburg Intermediate School". From 1998 through 2002, they found success at the regional level, with their highest placement coming in 2001, when they placed 2nd.
The school's name was changed in 2003, when students were moved into a new middle school building. Since the name change, the team has not qualified for the state tournament, though they finished in the top 10 at regionals several times.
