What is your Ilvermorny House?
Since Entomology decided to make a "What is your patronus?" topic, I decided to make one where we can discuss the "American" Hogwarts house we got into! I'm a Pukwudgie, but I'm not surprised since I want to become an oncologist/doctor when I'm older.

I haven't really had time to thoroughly analyse each house, but Pukwudgie seems like a good fit. I think I could also be Thunderbird though.

Honestly though, I don't understand the logic or J.K. Rowling. Where is there only ONE school for the US? For heavens sake, the UK could fit INSIDE of Pennsylvania. If Ilvermorny had to house all the US youngling wizards and witches, one classroom would have to be the size of a football stadium, and each common room would be like the King of Prussia mall. And also....there's a Japanese school, but not a Chinese school.....? I mean, I know she can't possibly mention all of them....but Ilvermorny can't be the only American school.

Ilvermorny isn't the only one. There are other smaller ones as well. Ilvermorny was just the first American wizarding school. She chose to only write about a few of the most notable ones. There are plenty more out there (like Pigfarts)!Raven wrote:Horned Serpent.
