Techniques/work ethic employed by top schools

Post by windu34 »

Im curious to compare my schools work ethic and techniques to that of some of the top teams such as those from texas, ohio, California, etc
How is studying/building done at those schools? How often? At school or at home? How do coaches regulate?

Since no one is sharing, ill share first.
In my school, both studiers and builders are free to build/study anywhere (home or school) and the classroom is kept open everyday after school. The coach observes those who work the hardest and place accordingly. Then after invitationals, we are placed more accurately taking into account scores and work ethic.
