General Chat Post Count

So now, posting in this forum or any subforum will not increase your post count. I just think that it should have been implemented in one of two times: 1. During the renovation of the board. 2. Never, since those who started posting later (like me ) lag in post count now, since the older members have more posts than others that count towards their post count. Not that it matters, of course, DS, but if you're not going to have General Chat count towards post count, you should also remove post count of General Chat from all user profiles.

I'm pretty sure the post counts were recalculated not to include the General Chat posts for all users, so everyone is on equal standing here.

Why do you care so much about your post count anyway You already have 4 stars too, hah.

When I set that, I tried to have the board recalculate the stats for user posts, but it did not cooperate. I tried to. I might yet get it to.

I view it as a nonissue. If you want more "posts", just contribute useful stuff in Event Help.

i don't get what happend. Are you saying that before, posts made under general chat counted toward post count and now they dont?
