Usergroup Access

I'm not sure whether to contact a mod or post here, but my school created an usergroup that I would like to join. Unfortunately, this was a small group of people a very long time ago. The majority of the members (2 of 3) are over age 20. I've tried to message them, but they have seemed to left and went to college and lived the rest of their lives. I would like to know if there was any way to access the usergroup. I know a group of teammates who would like to join, as well.
