Everything you need to study is outlined in the rules. Start there and seek either an upper level textbook or Wikipedia. Alternatively, start here, the topic used to discuss this event. The first post has a link to the Wiki page, which you may or may not find helpful. I admittedly haven't seen it, myself. Also, the National site has many resources for you. The PPT they link first in the list may be another good starting point.
