Yale Science Olympiad Invitational 2023

We are excited to announce that the 10th annual Yale Undergraduate Science Olympiad Invitational will be taking place on Saturday, February 4th, 2023 on Yale’s campus. All events will be written and run by Science Olympiad alumni, current Yale undergraduate or graduate students, or former Science Olympiad competitors. Therefore, coaches need not write tests for the invitational, although we do ask that at least one coach from each school volunteer to assist in running one of our events.

Our registration opens on Monday, October 10th, 2022 at 3 PM ET. Each school that registers may bring up to two teams. We accept a maximum of 60 teams on a first come/first serve basis. After those slots are full, teams that continue to sign up will be placed on a waitlist for tournament acceptance. Teams will be notified of their acceptance or their waitlist after their registration.

As the oldest collegiate Science Olympiad invitational, we were founded to serve Connecticut and the greater Northeast area. Therefore, our registration fee is waived for all Connecticut and New York high schools.
