One of my team mates shared this with me, an excerpt from renown astronomer Carl Sagan's book "Pale Blue Dot", though this bit is really a social commentary. I found it beautiful and even tear-jerking. My team mate and I felt almost obligated to pass it on, so here's the link:

That really put my life in perspective. I only wish it could have been narrated by Morgan Freeman. :)
