the little star next to the beaker of threads?
check and see if you've made a post in every thread that has a star. thats what i assume they are

How come some beakers have a differnt colors than others? Most of them are dark red with a few bubbles around them. And some threads are light red with 3 bubbles concentrated in the top right.

I believe it has to do with whether or not you have read them and how many posts there are:

red-unread
blue-read
full-25 or more posts (I think)
not full-less than 25 posts (I think again)

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
