Carbon fiber warp
One of my planes is a slightly modified version of the freedom flight kit. In the dihedral for the left wing, the carbon fiber warps so much that it goes over the limit (10.1 cm). How would I correct the warp? (preferably not by breaking the wing)
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Carbon fiber warp
Could you add a rib to pull the offending spar in without it popping out some place else?

Re: Carbon fiber warp
CMS,
Sorry, when I was recommending breaking the dihedral joint and resetting, I was thinking that your warp problem was creating excess wing span. I should have understood the "10.1" was excessive wing chord. Jeff's idea is a good one to install a slightly shorter rib to pull the .020" carbon rods closer together and reduce chord.

Re: Carbon fiber warp
Ok, i'll probably use carbon fiber and add an extra "rib" or something there... not sure if it counts as a rib though.
