Vertical Stabilizer

Post by bobthebuilderman »

Hello,

I wanted to know if we were allowed to have a vertical stabilizer on our plane. It doesn't say anywhere in the rules if we can use it not, just wanted to clarify.
And, if it were allowed, what parameters would there be for it. Do we use the horizontal stabilizer parameters?

Thanks,
Bob

Yes, vertical stabilizers are often used for Wright Stuff planes. Just make sure it doesn't extend beyond the width of the horizontal stabilizer, and you should be good.
