3 Sheets Canvas Paper (for quick, tough repairs)
1 Roll Scotch Tape
1 #2 Pencil
Pens of Green, Red, Black, and Blue
1 Glue Stick
1 Pair of Scissors
2 Highlighters, Yellow
1 Highlighter, Green
1 Highlighter, Pink
1 Pair Goggles
1 Bottle White Out
Many varieties of Batteries, i.e. D, C, A, AA, AAA
Checklist of things to bring
1 Box of Donuts

Anything else?

If you're concerned with building events, be very prepared. I bring my toolbox to competition specifically containing stuff I might need for any of the building events:

-CA glue
-X-acto knives
-Razor blades
-Duct Tape
-Batteries
-Wire cutters
-Wire connectors
-Crimpers
-Electrical tape
-Screwdrivers
-Assortment of screws
-Small balsa lengths of assorted sizes
-Wrenches
-Pencils
-Markers

When WS was an event, I had a whole separate box for that stuff - extra motors, lube, tissue for repair, etc.

You can never be too prepared for building events. I've lent my bottle of CA to a lot of teams over the past few years. Two teams needed to make repairs to their bridges while waiting in line for impound this year. One would think you'd come prepared with such standard things, but I guess not.

Don't understand the logic behind all of your items though - two reams of paper, but only one pencil?

I would definitely pack more than just one #2 pencil, like 3 plus an extra mechanical one just in case.

Oh lol, our team uses mylar, and I'm not very familiar with the event, so I didn't think of those other options.

Oh, and bring LOADS of extra goggles. Someone will always forget their goggles, whether it's your team or another team. Always be willing to lend a team goggles if they don't have them, because you would want them to do the same for you :D (Same with pencils).

We also take a binder with extra copies of everyone's notes sheets (including photocopies of the handwritten ones, because even though you can't use a photocopy, you could at least rewrite it onto some of that ream of paper if you lose the original).
