Anyways, the clues.
1. Neither a tinyurl link nor a youtube link, and a google search turns up no results. I don't think I've ever seen a cipher like this, either.
2. I must confess, the first thing I thought of was Professor McGonagall (since she can y'know, turn into a cat), who could very well be Scottish based on the books, although the actress who portrays her is British. Probably completely off in the wrong direction, but it was a thought.
3. Leaning towards what people have already said, unless there's some major deity associated with money/wealth?
4. No idea.

If you follow that logic, the clue could refer to Ploutus (also called Plutus and Pluton) in Greek mythology or Copia in Roman mythology, but that would only really point to Pluto due to similarities in the names (unless it references something else of a similar name). That logic would be a dead end since it points to multiple people (Pluto could refer to Solar System.).

1. This could refer to currency that has a portrait of a person who is worshiped/revered on it, and that could refer to Alexander the Great who controlled a vast empire and was revered. Kjhsscioly has an avatar that is a sculpture of Alexander the Great's head.

2. The currency could refer to coins which have a portrait of John F. Kennedy on them, and he is famous. Kjhsscioly (I believe from what was said previously) stands for Kennedy Junior High School Science Olympiad.
